WARNING: Skateboarding
or rollerblading and/or biking at this facility is an inherently dangerous
activity, which may result in serious, permanent injury and/or death. If you
(or your child) do not want to assume the risks of these activities, you will
receive a 100% refund of the amount you paid.
YOU MUST:
1. Have
signed (or have your parent or legal guardian sign if you are under 18
years old) the release and waiver prior to your using any part of the facility.
2. Obey and abide by all rules and
regulations set forth by management and staff.
3. Wear an approved helmet.
4. Wear approved elbow and knee
protection.
5. Leave the area immediately when
your time is up.
